We are looking for a driven and dynamic salesperson to join our Phoenix office who is hungry to make a career in the Commercial Real Estate industry. You will have the opportunity to learn a proven real estate sales system from a well respected agent who has over 15 years of experience. You must have a college degree and either have an AZ Real Estate License or be willing to get one within a month. Your primary role will be lead generation, appointment setting, and supporting our team effort for growth.

Candidate must be highly driven and comfortable with long cycle sales. Preference will be given to candidates who have proven success in sales, ideally with a phone prospecting background.

The objective of this position is to learn the business and become a salesperson working on your own or with a team after 12 months. Mentorship is provided to teach you how to establish your own CRE business.

Base plus commissions starting off and potential long term revenue of over $200,000 per year.
