GENERAL MANAGER

We require out management team to have at least five years of customer service or food service experience. Job responsibilities, include the following:

Assessing store operations to ensure operational and procedural compliance with brand and company standards

organize, execute and supervise individual training plans for employees working towards growth and promotion within the company

Analyze key financials and controllable costs and work the in-store teams to acheive measureable improvements and results
-
Assist with sourcing, retaining and training high quality candidates to work in our stores

Plan weekly, monthly and quarterly objectives and coordinate action items with in-store teams
-
Some administrative work, such as organizing key data points and tracking and following up with guests in regards to feedback.

Assist with the planning and implementation of marketing initiatives.
