Serving as the voice of Parts Town, Customer Service Representatives partner with customers to guide them step by step through the parts ordering process on a daily basis. Unique enthusiasm and a passion for going above and beyond to deliver exceptional customer experience is required in this role! Customer Service Specialists take a high volume of inbound calls assisting customers with pricing & quote generation, shipping & tracking information, and returns & warranty claims. Customer Service Specialists are responsible for upholding Parts Town’s quality standards, having stellar communication both writing and verbal, and providing an extraordinary customer experience.
Answer a high volume of inbound calls (50-70 per day) while delivering exceptional customer service
Process customer orders placed over the phone and via email
Manage customer relationships throughout the entire ordering process, handling inquiries relating to pricing, quote generation, part availability, shipping, and returns
Develop and maintain strong customer relationships through personal emotional connections and stellar customer service
Work collaboratively with customers, team members, and internal teams to go above and beyond in resolving customer inquiries
Act as a contributing member of a diverse team in a fast paced & dynamic environment

Ability and desire to work from 10am-7pm or 11am-8pm
0-3 years’ experience in customer service (call center setting preferred)
Basic phone and computer experience
Enthusiasm for taking a high volume of calls while maintaining a positive attitude
The ability to empathize with customers and provide solution oriented customer service through building stellar relationships with customers
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment without sacrificing accuracy
Team player mindset with the desire to function in a group oriented environment
