Amplicare is a fresh new brand, with a great history. This is an exciting time to join us: We just started a rebranding roll-out and also launched new products. We started in 2012 with our first product, iMedicare, which had market interest during certain months of the year, mainly the Medicare Open Enrollment period in the fall. Today, we have an expanded platform of various year-round tools with a SaaS business model that helps pharmacies take care of their patients more efficiently. We are uniquely positioned for an explosive growth phase that will occur over the next few years.

Alongside the Marketing Director and Chief Revenue Officer you will be responsible for expanding the pharmacy market's adoption of our rapidly evolving platform, which is a suite of workflow decision automation tools for pharmacies. This is a unique opportunity to be a part of building the marketing team from the ground. This role involves setting up various marketing channels, messaging, implementation, measurement, optimization and reporting.

Responsibilities

  • Participate in development ofthe marketing and brand strategy, marketing budget, marketing plan and implementation of marketing initiatives across all channels to reach business goals
  • Create brand awareness and recognition in the marketplace through our marketing efforts
  • Own marketing campaign execution by working in partnership with all departments:
  • Create and manage core marketing messages including managing editorial calendar
  • Coordinate initiatives to reach the target audience through appropriate channels (social media, e-mail, advertising, webinars, etc.) including measurement, analysis, optimization and reporting
  • Brainstorm, develop and execute on ideas for creative marketing campaigns to generate marketing qualified leads (MQLs) and nurture the leads with engaging and innovative content to advance MQLs to sales qualified leads (SQLs) so that they can be handed off to Sales team members to be converted to customers
  • Manage print and digital assets to ensure creative alignment across all marketing channels
  • Assist in orchestrating an in-house PR effort with media outlets and other third parties
  • Analyze marketing data (landing page/campaign results, conversion rates, traffic, social media engagement, etc.) to optimize marketing tactics and fine tune marketing strategies
  • Conduct market and competitive research
  • Analytical skills to forecast and identify trends
  • Proactively identify marketing opportunities that will result in increased visibility and profitable growth

Credentials

  • 4 to 6 years of marketing experience, preferably of which at least 2 years in SaaS marketing
  • Intimate understanding of traditional, digital and emerging marketing channels with hands-on experience in implementing successful campaigns that led to sales
  • Experience in: advertising (traditional and digital), PR, marketing analysis, statistics, marketing communication, social and SEM, SEO, A/B testing, marketing automation (drip marketing), Google Analytics, market research
  • Creative problem solver, highly organized, detail-oriented, methodical, analytical, self-motivated, self-directed and results-oriented, team player who works well with Product, Sales and Customer Success teams
  • Exemplary marketing communication skills, including effective marketing copywriting and editing
  • Strength incoming up with creative content ideas and marketing tactics to generate qualified leads that lead to sales
  • Familiarity with the latest trends, technologies and methodologies in graphic design, web design, production, etc.
  • Ideal/preferred: Experience in Salesforce CRM, Intercom, MailChimp, account-based marketing, marketing to pharmacies
  • Thrives in a fast-paced work environment
  • Interest in PR and conducting webinars
  • Interest in healthcare and/or working in a tech startup
  • College BS or BA degree required
