We are looking for a videographer and editor with experience with filming homes and neighborhoods to join our team. Will likely start as part-time for a couple weeks with the goal to quickly move into Full-Time. MUST have a drone license. Must have experience with Real Estate Videography with examples of your work.
Duties:
- Filming and editing full video tours of homes
- Filming and editing full video tours of cities and neighborhoods
- Drone footage of homes and cities
- Editing miscellaneous videos
- Occasional real estate photography shoots
Skills and Qualifications:
- Must be good with maps and be very familiar with the entire Triangle area
- Strong eye for detail and composition in videography and editing
- Proficient in professional video editing software
- Technology savvy
Requirements
- Must have high-quality camera equipment and understand how to professionally use it (camera, gimbal, editing software, mics, etc.)
- Must have a high-quality drone and be certified to operate it
- Reliable fully insured vehicle
- Work from office in North Raleigh when not in the field. This is not a work-from-home position
- Be located within 30 minutes of North Raleigh (or willing to travel back and forth regularly as needed)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $41,000.00 - $49,000.00 per year
