Duties
- Engage with customers to offer assistance and provide product information
- Maintain a tidy and organized sales floor, including restocking shelves
- Operate cash registers and handle transactions accurately
- Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits
- Utilize upselling techniques to increase sales
- Assist in inventory management and stock replenishment
- Provide feedback on customer preferences and buying trends
Requirements
- Previous experience in retail sales is preferred
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members
- Proficiency in basic math skills for handling transactions
- Familiarity with operating a cash register
- Strong organizational skills to manage inventory and keep the store presentable
- Bilingual proficiency is a plus
- Knowledge of supervising or training others is advantageous
- Excellent phone etiquette for handling customer inquiries
