This entry level position will be responsible for developing and nurturing a lead generation pipeline as well as initiating client relationships. Experience is desired in appointment setting and driving new leads to the sales team. This position relies on experience, customer service and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.

Effectively build and manage a lead generation pipeline
Articulate the value proposition of the solution
Understand competitive landscape
Effectively communicate via email and phone
Demonstrate mastery of discovery and qualification criteria
Consistently achieve or exceed monthly target(s) established by supervisor
Retain training and direction from management
Adherence and accountability with regards to company policies and values
Work effectively in a collaborative work environment and professionally represent EBQuickstart to clients
Performs other duties as assigned
Highly motivated and disciplined self-starter with excellent verbal and written communication skills
Must be able to type a minimum of 40 wpm
Proficiency in the following tool sets is desirable but not required
CRM systems such as Salesforce.com
Working knowledge of Google Sheets, Excel, and Outlook
Sedentary (requires lifting 10 lbs. or less, carrying small objects)
Fine Dexterity: occasionally
