Responsibilities
The Registered Nurse will be responsible for providing direct patient care in various settings, including acute care, surgical units, and emergency departments. The nurse will assess patients, develop and implement care plans, administer medications, and provide education and support to patients and their families. The nurse will also maintain accurate and thorough medical records, adhere to HIPAA regulations, and collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
Skills
- Travel nursing experience preferred
- Proficiency in gastric lavage procedures
- Experience with dermal fillers
- Knowledge of airway management techniques
- Understanding of trauma medicine principles
- Ability to collect and process specimens
- Strong medical documentation skills
- Experience with discharge planning and patient advocacy
- Familiarity with ophthalmology procedures and care
The successful candidate will be a licensed Registered Nurse with a current RN license, a strong foundation in medical procedures, and a passion for delivering exceptional patient care.
