Position Overview:
As Sales Representative, you have the freedom to create new business opportunities and communicate with clients, balancing your time between the field and the office. We operate 100% business to business, ensuring a professional relationship with all clients.
Responsibilities:
- Generate sales by meeting with potential clients in person, understanding their needs, and offering tailored solutions.
- Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to clients and prospects.
- Stay informed about market trends and the competitive landscape to effectively position our products and services.
- Meet and exceed sales targets set by the sales management team.
- Provide feedback to the product and marketing teams on market trends, competitive threats, unmet needs, and opportunities to deliver greater value to customers.
- Be a brand ambassador, representing Tefute USA professionally at all times.
Requirements:
- Proven outside sales experience with a track record of hitting or exceeding targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to self-motivate and work independently.
- Knowledge of the roofing industry and current market trends. Previous roofing industry experience is preferred.
- Must have a reliable vehicle and a valid driver’s license.
