KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES (ESSENTIAL POSITION FUNCTIONS):
As part of Information Security Architecture (ISA), the Domain Security Architecture (DSA) team provides subject matter expertise on various information security domains to enable Wells Fargo business units make informed risk management decisions by providing actionable security strategies, architectures and solutions. ISA is seeking a talented information security professional who will lead data/database, IAM, and Cryptography domains within DSA to support partners & stakeholders in information security, technology, and lines of business.
Successful candidate will:
Work closely with partners & stakeholders in information security, technology, and lines of business
Act as a technical authority to provide security architecture direction to data/database, IAM, and Cryptography domains
Manage and mentor a team of security architects
Collaborate with security architects aligned with lines of businesses, ICS - and technology - partners on major security related initiatives & projects; new technology evaluations; and help manage information security risks

10+ years design and planning experience in systems, applications or IT Architecture
3+ years of experience with Information security domains (data, crypto, IAM, network, platform or application)
10+ years of information security architecture, design, and consulting experience
3+ years of leading a security architecture team supporting business and technology functions at every layer of technology stack
Demonstrated technical expertise and comprehensive knowledge of an entire line of business or infrastructure sub-domain
Ability to influence across all organizational levels, particularly senior management
Knowledge and understanding of threat analysis and assessment of potential and current information security risk/threats
Knowledge and understanding of security technologies and concepts including identity management, single sign on, directory services, role based access control, cryptographic algorithms, mutual authentication and certificate management
IAM (Identity and Access Management) experience
Knowledge and understanding of diverse platforms and operating systems, including current and emerging technologies
Knowledge and understanding of technical design:
Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP)
Ability to influence and build relationships with LOB stakeholders, technology CIO leadership, external service providers, and architecture teams
SOA (Services Oriented Architecture) experience
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
Other Desired Qualifications
Knowledge and understanding of security vulnerabilities, threats, exposures, associated risks, and mitigating solutions
Basic understanding of cloud deployment and service models; security challenges associated with migration and integration
Familiar with international cybersecurity regulations
Demonstrable experience developing security strategies and architecture, control solutions and reusable design patterns
Demonstrated ability to interact with and influence all levels of the organization, particularly senior management, on technical or business solutions
Basic understanding of network, platform, and application security
Familiarity with OWASP, NIST, ISO, PCI DSS, CLASP, CVE, WASC
Security certifications such as ISC2, SANS, ISACA
Ability to travel up to 5% of the time
