CACI is seeking a Subject Matter Expert to join our e-Learning team, providing insight and expertise during the design and development of the Powered Flight course curriculum supporting the 306th Flying Training Group. Candidates must possess expert knowledge of T-41, T-51, or T-53A aircraft systems and operations. This position works closely with team members, including project managers, instructional designers, programmers, graphics artists, and quality assurance specialists. This is a part time role.
What You’ll Get to Do:
Partner with government customer in identifying training requirements and solutions addressing training gaps and functionality requirements across various learning environments.
Collaborate with Instructional Designers in creating learning strategies, assessment strategies, and author training products, including Storyboards, to close identified training gaps
Provide recommendations in selecting appropriate learning media to meet learning needs
Review and approve all training products and evaluate for training effectiveness prior to customer reviews
You’ll Bring These Qualifications:
Education – Bachelor’s degree or higher
Currently or previously qualified as a T-41, T-51, or T-53A Mission Qualification Pilot (IP)
Minimum of 1000 hours of total time in U.S. military aircraft
Thorough knowledge of T-41, T-51, or T-53A aircraft systems and operations
Working knowledge of applicable USAF flying regulations and procedures

Demonstrated ability to work successfully individually, within a team, and across multidisciplinary teams
Demonstrated excellent interpersonal skills and ability to provide proactive customer service support
Excellent written and oral communication skills
