We are seeking a responsible and detail-oriented bookkeeper/coordinator to assist our controller and team with various bookkeeping/accounting tasks as well as communicating with our team in China. The hours will be Monday - Friday between 12noon - 8pm PDT to overlap between the US and China office hours. There is some flexibility with the start and end times. Total hours per week will be approximately 25-30 hrs.

Bookkeeper Job Responsibilities:
Process bi-monthly payroll via QuickBooks
A/R, A/P and reconciliations via QuickBooks and Bill.com
Communicate and gather information with the team in China regarding purchase orders, invoices, shipments, inventory, etc.
Prepare financial reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing account information and trends.
Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field - Combination of education and experience acceptable
Previous bookkeeping experience
Experience in working within eCommerce business
Flexible schedule – hours must overlap between the US and China offices
