We are seeking a Financial Analyst to join the Marketing & Business Analysis Division of Domestic Joint Venture Management Department.

The Marketing & Business Analysis Division is responsible for providing addresses, enhances, and protects Saudi Aramco’s interest and maximizes shareholder’s value in subsidiaries and domestic JVs. The team considers a range of forward looking scenarios as well as reviewing actual/historic performance and aims to add value through meaningful marketing and financial analysis, commentaries and recommendations to:

Protect SAO interest and reputation through strategic business analysis. (Alignment with Corporate Strategies)

Perform monthly and quarterly financial & marketing analysis on JV’s to maximize performance to identify areas of improvement and insure asset performance is in line with plan targets to report to Saudi Aramco Management, JV Board Members, and JV Management. Drive Sustainable & Profitable Performance, Support JV Boards, and Provide Oversight

Assess impact of new regulations and changing business environment on our JV’s and provide recommendations aligned with Saudi Aramco corporate strategy.

Minimum Requirements:
As the successful candidate you will hold a Bachelor’s degree in Finance from a recognized and approved program. MBA /CFA are preferred.

You will have fifteen years of experience in Finance, including at least five year work experience in oil and gas, downstream refining.

You will have solid financial analysis, management reporting, corporate finance and accounting experience.

You will be able to demonstrate high level of competence in analyzing markets and financial statements.

You must have advance skills in excel and PowerPoint is required.

You will have an independent analytical thinking and work with minimal supervision on adhoc projects.

Duties & Responsibilities:You will be required to perform the following:
Develop Long term financial strategy consistent with downstream strategy.

Provide forward looking guidance on financial performance.

Review of all Operational & Financial Performance Reports.

Review Performance gaps & value capture/creation opportunities.

Review business plan, operating plan and develop specific strategies for the JV in collaboration with marketing, technical and engineering specialties.

Keep record of the Joint Venture projects, announcements, actions and organizational changes through various info sources and site visits.

Promote enhanced communication between JV's and Saudi Aramco departments by acting as a central node to facilitate information exchange between JV's.

Evaluate projects financial feasibility review, comment and analyze on major projects undertaken by JV companies and have the ability to build, review and provide guidance on project financial models and loan agreements.

Provide advisory and analytical support/assistance to SA appointed members of the JV boards & SA CFO's and help in new director onboarding.

Provide guidance on financial matter of the JV agreements such as Supply/Purchase agreements, MOU's, Formation agreements, articles of association and bylaws.
