Precision’s Enterprise Strategy group is an essential component in the execution of Publicis Media’s plan to develop more flexible and bespoke agency models for our clients. The Enterprise Strategy function is the primary group responsible for all client-direct consulting work for Precision with specific responsibility to develop, sell-in, and execute projects for clients. The types of projects that Enterprise Strategy is typically responsible for are related to operating models, solution design, platform configuration, and resource planning across AdTech and digital media categories.
The Vice President will be responsible for leading the client consulting team of the Enterprise Strategy group, reporting into the SVP, Enterprise Strategy.
Success in this role will be determined by the Vice President’s ability to establish scalable project frameworks, develop delivery models with supporting resource groups, and successfully sell-in and execute project work across Publicis Media’s existing client base.
Primary Roles & Responsibilities
Responsible for all aspects of client engagement related to consulting work, including scope creation, pricing strategy, resource management, and client management.
Build relationships and partner extensively with Agency Investment and Strategy leads to understand the intricacies of the Client’s business and the role of the Agency – it is critical that Enterprise Strategy works is in collaboration with the Agency, and is intentioned to reinforce and diversify the position of the Agency
Translate programmatic, paid search, and paid social strategies into impactful Client focused recommendations – oversee auditing of existing Client strategies, operations, and executions
Supervise development of Client focused digital media frameworks and case studies
Manage the pipeline of client consulting projects relative to available resources with a focus on business priority and urgency
Be an expert in advertising technologies such as ad servers, RTB platforms, ad exchanges, data management platforms, verification partners, bid management platforms, etc. and be able to provide Client recommendations as needed
Oversee a team of 3-4 high-performing individuals
Understanding of digital landscape is essential. Must have a strong working knowledge of biddable digital media channels, specifically programmatic.
8+ years of experience in agency or vendor work specific to the digital/programmatic space
Proven track record of delivering results
Experience leading projects or client engagements
Communications skills; written, verbal and in-person; presentation skills
Solutions oriented with the ability to think strategically
Strong analytical thinking and problem solving skills
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
