We are a growing small law firm located in San Diego. We are looking for a team player to grow with us and to help with administrative duties as well as customer/client service and scheduling.
Customer Service Experience
Microsoft Office Proficiency (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.)
Comfortable speaking professionally with clients on the phone
Writing and grammar proficiency
ADDITIONAL HELPFUL SKILLS:
Social Media skills
Experience with QuickBooks
*Speaking and writing in Spanish are a huge plus*
JOB DUTIES INCLUDE (but are not limited to):
Scheduling and track reoccurring services with clients and vendors
Maintain contact lists
Answering the phone
Making calls to customers and vendors
Sending and receiving emails to/from clients and vendors
Organization around the office
Miscellaneous office tasks (ordering office supplies, minimal online research for product/ price information, etc.)
1-3 days/ week - 8 hours/ day (8am - 4pm). This is initially being offered on a part-time basis with the opportunity for full time. However, for the right candidate, we will offer a full time position immediately.
per hour or per projects, based between $15.00 and $18.00/ hour. Full time position includes benefits package after probationary period.
