What you'll be doing:
Driving AUM growth by executing opportunities that expand our third party service platform, primarily property management, construction management and asset management.

Negotiating fee structures, reimbursements, and other services ensuring profitable growth.

Cultivating and growing our institutional and private client relationships.

Geographically expanding the ResProp footprint by executing opportunities in new markets.

Continually refining our third party management platform including branding and pitch materials, digital marketing, CRM, team incentives, etc.

Owning smooth closings and transitions to operations for all opportunities.

What you must have:
The ability to prioritize opportunities.

Proven ability to operate independently and self-manage through extreme initiative and pure determination.

Bachelor's degree

5+ years of property management experience at a regional level or business development experience in third party management

Experience building a network of clients and converting opportunities

Team player mentality that develops strong relationships with internal partners

Strong sales, communication, problem-solving, and negotiation skills

Solid knowledge of investment underwriting and the multifamily real estate market

50%-75% travel
