Independent Contractor (minimum 20 hours per week)
A Business Development Agent's role entails introducing new corporate products or services to potential prospects through outbound cold calling. Our Business Development Agents are not telemarketers; EBD prides itself in building long term relationships with our clients which extend beyond the conclusion of a project.
Agents' primary duties involve tracking prospects, appointment setting and following up on leads the organization generates based on the clients' project needs. A Business Development Agent handles the overall appointment coordination between the prospect and the client.
Our seasoned Agents have diverse business backgrounds from sales, business owners, IT professionals, bankers, insurance agents and recruiters.
All Agents work remotely from home as independent contractors with flexible work hours.
Hourly base pay range from $17.50 to $20.50 based on performance outcomes, documentation skills and meeting establish goals. The appointment bonus can range from $12.00 to $25.00 based on the complexity of the project. There are quartlery performance bonuses, documentation bonuses and bonuses for exceptional client feedback. Our better performing agents can realistically make $25 an hour or more. This is an Independent Contractor 1099 position.
