Full Job Description
- Alphabetically files documents in file cabinets.
- Maintain electronic filing system by operating a Kyocera multipurpose machine to scan and sort documents.
Enters customer and account data by inputting alphabetic and numeric information on keyboard or optical scanner according to screen format.
Reformatting excel file to allow importing into the system
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Sort, reorganize, and identify errors.
Create formulas to calculate remittance and premiums.
