Major Responsibilities: This Forensic Case Manager position strongly supports clients currently involved in the criminal justice system in successfully integrating within their community. Clients are currently involved in the criminal justice system, involving contact with courts and probation officers. The successful Forensic Case Manager acts to facilitate linkage between the agency and other community services and providers, and is an integral member of client centered treatment teams, ensuring effective and comprehensive service delivery. Experience having contact with courts, other criminal justice personnel, and knowledge of court systems is beneficial. This is a wonderful opportunity to develop lasting relationships and have a positive impact with these clients.

Qualified Candidates: Must have a minimum of a bachelor's degree in a social service field, BSW/LSW preferred, experience with client population, and ability to learn agency behavioral health software. Supervision for independent licensure is available to master level candidates.
