Responsible for providing the organization with Information Technology support to optimize operational efficiency. Duties include resolving technical issues, coordinating hardware and software installations and assisting Product Managers and Product Owners with improving IT systems. They assist with IT support escalations to see technical issues to resolution.
Assist product teams with the testing and deployment of new technologies at the local level by providing technical expertise. Maintain visibility with key stakeholders on project status, next steps and risks.
Lead coordinating the application stage code releases. Perform, schedule and manage testing as needed for monthly releases for software and hardware
Provide technical assistance to business partners ensuring optimal use of hardware and software technologies, monitor system performance and experience, and ensure data security.
Provide technical support for troubleshooting application systems and/or infrastructure issues.
Manage technical support engineering for print services and audio visual solutions
High School Diploma or GED
4+ years Business Technology, Information Systems, or related experience
Bachelors in Information Technology
8+ years Business Technology, Information Systems or related experience
