Our Role:
You have a thorough understanding of electrical engineering and system design. You have a passion for building, hacking and finding the best way to turn Kelvin ideas into reality. You thrive in a cross-functional role, excelling at collaboration and driving forward work. You care deeply about how your work intersects with our customers.

You will architect, design, and develop next-generation Kelvin products. - Products that will deeply integrate into and impact our customer’s business models.

You possess significant electrical system design and integration experience and you’re eager to own end-to-end electrical and HW systems engineering decisions and implementations at the product level.

You will work closely with senior staff in order to drive Kelvin products from concept to production.

Desired Skills and Experience:
BSEE/BSET or higher from an ABET accredited school.
Experience in system-level design and architecture, including schematics and board development, system bring up and debugging
Experience with simulation, data processing, and analysis, especially in Python or Matlab.
Experience with operating in a Linux environment. Embedded systems experience (rPi, Beaglebone) would be a plus.
Python and/or bash with C/C++ is a plus.
Able to tackle complex issues in creative ways.
Self-motivation, strong teamwork and excellent communication skills are essential
Able to analyze the trade-offs between performance, manufacturability and cost
Proficiency in MATLAB, SPICE, or similar simulation and modeling tools
LabView experience would be a plus.

Responsibilities:
Perform and present system-level tradeoffs (“trades”)
Participate in project meetings and design reviews.
Identify and follow-up on open issues through closure (using Jira, Confluence, etc.)
Report project status through weekly updates
Guarantee design consistencies during the design development and val
