POSITION: Expeditionary Capability and Data Integrator
LOCATION: Reston, VA
CLEARANCE: Active TOP SECRET with Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) access
TRAVEL: up to 50% OCONUS
Provide support to DoD, IC and Law Enforcement partners through all-source multi-INT fusion analysis, methodology development, and technology innovation.
Integrate data from diverse intelligence disciplines, including SIGINT, MASINT, GEOINT, IMINT, and HUMINT, leveraging technology and rapid prototyping to illuminate entities and networks of interest, and support both conventional and other forces CONUS and OCONUS.
Comprehend and leverage all sources of information, including INTs, open source material, law enforcement data, and other government data or information on a specific topic or target under limited supervision.
Use structured methodologies and techniques appropriate to the topic and apply specialized subject matter expertise and technical skills to guide efforts.
Work with supported partners to identify new sources of data to leverage against emerging missions sets.
Work with the user community to gather feedback on capabilities to ensure capabilities meet mission requirements, gather insight into capability gaps.
Where necessary, prototype new ideas and new technologies to include scripting and data analytics, and help to create solutions to drive the next wave of analytic innovation.
4+ years of experience with providing direct support to operational organizations to include all-source intelligence analysis for counter terrorism, counter human trafficking, counter narcotics or counter threats
Ability to be deployed to an overseas theater of operations for up to 50% of the time
Experience working with VOLTRON, Proton, DataXplorer, Analyst Notebook, Jupiter Notebooks, intelligence reporting tools, JEMA IC, NGT, MIST, or the Joint Improvised-Threat Defeat Organization (JIDO)'s Attack the Network Tools Suite
Demonstrate experience with exploiting and dissecting large data sets for operational relevance
Experience with previous deployment in direct support of the tactical units
Experience with training and briefing senior staff on analytic findings, tools and methodologies
Knowledge of JIRA, Confluence, Git, and GitHub/GitLab
Experience with using Agile software development methods in a DevOps environment
Understanding of interagency networks such as C2S or GovCloud
Ability to obtain DoD 8570 Compliant Certification such as Security+
Ability to exhibit flexibility, initiative, and innovation when dealing with ambiguous and fast-paced situations
Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills
TS/SCI clearance in JPAS is required.
