As a member of the Engineering team, you as Technical Program Manager at Orion will be responsible for all software deliverable schedules. You will need to track and communicate progress and dependency changes in a fluid, rapidly-shifting business. On a daily basis you will communicate with engineers and product managers at a detailed level and are responsible for asking the right questions to reduce ambiguity and clarify understanding of the task definitions.



  • 3+ years as an software or quality engineer
  • 2+ years as a project or program manager
  • Agile and Scrum master experience
  • Experience visualizing roadmaps, release and project plans and dependency graphs
  • Ability to communicate highly technical problems and solutions to audiences ranging in technical understanding
  • Experience delivering projects in large-scale, distributed production systems and 24x7 production operations
