Job Summaries

  • Taking Credit Card payment over the phone/ fax/email and send receipts to customers
  • Record and apply payments (by checks/ credit card/ ACH) to customers account.
  • Research and resolve any discrepancies.
  • Ensure customers accept payments or refunds.
  • Record business transactions and key daily worksheets to the general ledger system.
  • Monitor all the credit card deposits and fee recognition in our accounting system.
  • Work with the credit department, branch managers, and customers to resolve any chargebacks and/or payment disputes.
  • Perform accounting and clerical functions to support supervisors.


  • Microsoft Office experience required specifically Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Understanding of basic accounting entries.
  • Detail oriented and organized.
  • Reliable independent worker.
  • Flexibility and comfort in using multiple programs and online interfaces.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Occasionally need the ability to lift up to 15lbs


  • Accounting Certificate or some Accounting classes is preferred.
  • At least 1-year cash application and/or AR experience.
