Short Term Rental Property Manager
A Pathfinder Hospitality Property Manager has the opportunity to create memorable experiences for guests of our Short Term Rental properties. Our property managers embrace the spirit of hospitality and make it their goal to provide great hospitality to all guests. Starting with a beautiful waterfront luxury property in Kemah, TX, this position is about flexibility and overseeing multiple properties. The ideal candidate is someone that likes to be out and about in the city or working from home! Networking, Operations, Hospitality Heart and Sales are key aspects of this role. Our property managers benefit from being part of an awesome company culture that values people above all else.

Responds to guest inquiries and requests within an hour including weekends in a manner that provides a Platinum Guest experience.
Executes on processes established to efficiently and effectively check-in guests as well as operations of the properties.
Leads an effort to proactively maintain the property and helps assemble a strong team of plumbers, electricians, pool cleaners and handymen. Coordinate all types of logistics for the property but maintenance and operations specially!
Take proactive Ownership of Travel Planning for our guests such that all our guests have to do is show up and arrangements will have already been made for activities and dining places they want to enjoy during their stays.
Periodically inspects the work of trusted third party cleaning crews to ensure strict compliance to cleanliness standards as well as any other vendor.
Overseeing listings pricing and adjustments based on revenue management software.
Communicates regularly with the Owner's on property KPI (Key Performance Indicator) performance, property successes and challenges. Recommends solutions for any challenge brought to the table. We love feedback but want to hear your solutions!
Conducts 10-20 outside sales tele-prospecting to help find the corporate clientele, who's absence often results in significant weekday vacancy.
Marketing of the management company to potential third-party management clients.
Networks with fellow hosts to learn and share best practices. We are a learning focused culture and we enjoy sharing best practices with our peers.
Act as the on-property leader who demonstrates support by communicating Pathfinder's core values and culture, while promoting various initiatives programs and motivates hotel contribution for meeting overall goals.
