Global Markets product coverage includes securities and derivative products in both the primary and secondary markets.

Job Description & Program Overview

Our 10-week program includes formal training and direct placement in the Subscription Finance Group (SFG). Subscription Finance specifically provides funding/financing solutions to many of the world’s leading asset managers. As a Summer Analyst, your responsibilities may include:

Drafting client proposals, transaction summaries, due diligence summaries, credit approval reports and other documents as part of the transaction approval process
Engaging with business partners and other members of the client team, as necessary, to facilitate various aspects of the transaction management process
Participation in on-site client due diligence visits, as necessary
Generation of detailed collateral analysis
Monitoring and highlighting key performance trends related to the collateral, clients and the industry
Maintaining transaction pricing, return and cash flow models, as well as portfolio surveillance files
Gain exposure providing financing to funds that invest in a broad range of asset classes such as real estate, private equity, and healthcare royalties
Qualifications

Candidates are required to be pursuing a Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university with a graduation timeframe between December 2020 and June 2021
3.2 minimum GPA preferred
Candidates must demonstrate a combination of academic aptitude, quantitative skills, strategic and creative thinking, and strong written and oral communications skills
Superior analytical and organizational skills
Ability to manage several projects at once
Ability to work effectively as an individual and as part of a team
Other desired characteristics include: integrity, attention to detail, assertiveness, initiative, leadership, strong work ethic, and team focus
Strong interest in global financial markets and keen interest in complex structures are preferred
Mathematics, engineering, statistics, or programming background a plus
