Position Summary: The PPC Specialist will manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns across multiple client accounts. This role demands deep expertise in PPC strategy, data analysis, and delivering consistently profitable results.
Core Responsibilities:
- Campaign Management: Develop and manage high-performance Google Ads campaigns, including keyword research, ad creation, and bid strategy.
- Performance Optimization: Continuously analyze data to improve ROI, focusing on key metrics like CTR, CPC, CPA, and ROAS.
- Data-Driven Strategy: Provide actionable insights based on campaign data and trends, preparing performance reports for internal teams and clients.
- Budget Management: Optimize ad spend to maximize efficiency and value for clients.
- Cross-Channel Synergy: Collaborate with SEO, content, and social teams to integrate PPC strategies.
- Client Interaction: Lead client meetings, explaining campaign performance and strategy clearly.
Qualifications:
- Google Ads Expertise: Minimum of 5 years managing Google Ads with proven results in lead generation and/or B2B campaigns.
- PPC Mastery: Advanced understanding of Google Ads tools (Smart Bidding, Analytics, Tag Manager).
- Analytical Skills: Strong ability to manipulate and analyze data to improve performance.
- Results-Driven: Proven track record of exceeding client goals and improving key metrics.
- Client Communication: Excellent communication skills to explain complex PPC concepts effectively.
Software and Platforms Expertise:
- Google Ads, Analytics, Tag Manager, Search Console
- Bing Ads, SEMrush, SpyFu
- Google Looker Studio, Excel/Google Sheets
- CRM tools like Zoho, HubSpot, Salesforce
Data & Conversion Tracking:
- Data Integration: Leverage third-party and first-party data for audience targeting and campaign optimization.
- Offline Conversion Tracking: Set up and manage offline conversions for accurate ROI tracking.
- Attribution Models & Assisted Conversions: Analyze and optimize attribution models and assisted conversions to enhance multi-channel strategies.
- Customer Journey Mapping: Understand and optimize the full customer journey to increase conversions.
Independent Operator & Leadership Development:
- Ownership & Initiative: Take full responsibility for campaign performance and identify growth opportunities independently.
- Outcome-Oriented: Ensure campaign success by constantly evaluating and refining strategies.
- Department Growth: Shape the PPC department’s processes and tools, with the potential to lead as the team expands.
