Retirement & Personal Wealth Solutions (RPWS) serves the core financial needs of individual clients and plan participants by providing best in class, integrated products in the most intuitive, efficient and client friendly way while maintaining a forward thinking mindset and risk management focus. RPWS is responsible for both the institutional and personal retirement capability set to include 401(k), Equity and Health Benefit plans for companies of all sizes as well as college savings, personal retirement planning, retirement income, insurance and estate planning for individuals. RPWS also provides tools and content that enables advisors and bankers to help their client’s live their best financial lives.
The Business Analyst within the Retirement and Personal Wealth Solutions (RPWS) organization drives business performance reporting, research and analytics for the institutional segment across ERISA and non-ERISA investment solutions. In this role you will partner with many areas of Bank of America including but not limited to Merrill, Private Bank, Chief Investment Office and Investment Solutions Groups to quantify the institutional consulting business and drive business development activities. In addition to working across the enterprise, the Analyst will gain experience across multiple products and platforms such as ML One, Investment Consulting and Outsourced CIO for Defined Benefit, Defined Contribution and Philanthropic solutions.
In addition to institutional business analytics, you will be responsible for:
Assisting Global Institutional Consulting (GIC) Advisors and Sales Specialists with prospects and clients
Identifying and helping to develop new GIC Advisors
Managing multiple strategic projects such as targeted sales campaigns
Working with external industry key stakeholders such as Barron’s for Institutional Consultant Advisor rankings, Pension & Investments and others to create awareness and strengthen the GIC brand
Creating thought leadership and identifying business development and management activities
Collaborating closely with RPWS Sales, Finance, Product, Governance and Marketing partners
Creating presentations / business plans and presenting to senior leaders
Managing and reviewing sales pipeline using Salesforce.com
Posting and maintaining publications on intranet site
Minimum of 2-5 years’ experience preferably in Business Analyst / Project Management role
Strong proficiency in managing projects from starting to close while working with key stakeholders
Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with leaders to gain consensus and alignment
Must be able to analyze and create databases importing data from Excel, Salesforce.com, etc.
Exceptional organizational, prioritization, analytical, written and verbal skills
Must be a team player and be able to build positive working relationships with business partners and encourage open communication and a supportive team environment
Must be able to create and deliver PowerPoint presentations
