As a Operations assistant/CSR, your role involves collaborating with the operations supervisor and service manager. You’ll handle scheduling inbound and outbound service calls to address client electrical needs. Additionally, you’ll assist in dispatching electricians for scheduled service calls and gather relevant service information (such as issues or project requests). Part of your responsibilities includes tracking service efficiency, measuring completion times, and monitoring sales conversions. To excel in this role, multitasking abilities are essential, and you’ll contribute by streamlining processes to benefit the company’s data collection and client support efforts. Candidates should be able to balance between multiple duties with problem solving and critical thinking skills to complete tasks.
