Duties:
- Oversee daily operations of the coffee shop, hotel, food production, catering, and banquet services
- Ensure high-quality customer service and satisfaction
- Manage and train staff members, including bartenders and assistant managers
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability
- Maintain inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Monitor and enforce compliance with health and safety regulations
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner
- Collaborate with other departments to coordinate events and special functions
- Create schedules for staff members and manage labor costs
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a managerial role within the hospitality industry, preferably in coffee shops, hotels, or catering services
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of food and beverage operations, including bartending techniques
- Familiarity with banquet services and event planning
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities
- Proficient computer skills for managing inventory, scheduling, and reporting
