Receptionist/Office Assistant

Mars & Co Consulting - San Francisco, CA


Duties and Responsibilities:

Handle incoming telephone/reception duties, general questions, emails and correspondence
Organize kitchen and order office supplies and equipment

Assist in entering/reconciling weekly expense reports, Accounts Payable and Receivable monthly reconciliation
Assist with related special projects, as necessary

Train on-the-job to learn PowerPoint formats and presentations for consultants

Key Qualifications:
Fluency in English and knowledge of English grammar (other languages are a plus)
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook

Experience in handling a wide range of administrative and support-related tasks
Ability to maintain confidentiality on all accounting and personnel matters with a high degree of discretion


General Office Experience: 1 year (Preferred)
Education: Bachelor's (Required)
Work Authorization: United States (Required)

Salary: $20.00 /hour
