Whether coaching others on how to lead their teams, masterfully resolving employee relations issues or executing programs that help our teammates, you are single-mindedly focused on putting them first, and being as clear and transparent as possible to help our teammates understand how people decisions get made.
As a manager, you empower team members to come up with ideas and make rapid progress towards goals. You remove roadblocks and ensure projects and tasks have the support they need to succeed by working closely with your team to deliver outstanding results.
The role of a manager is to solve challenges through people-focused solutions. You’ll be an integral part of the HR team, so you’ll need to learn about the business operations
and be a strategic advisor to leadership on people related topics. This will require you to think big-picture, use data to inform your decisions and advice, be comfortable questioning convention, and in some cases reinvent processes. You’ll partner with a cross-functional teams to design and execute the strategy for how we hire, onboard, develop, encourage, retain and organize our people operations.
