goPuff is an on-demand delivery service that provides thousands of convenience related products at the click of a button. We currently service 20+ major cities all across the US including Philadelphia, Boston, DC, Austin, Denver, Seattle and more. Our Operations Managers are the backbone of our business and we depend on them to ensure timely and efficient deliveries, as well as maintain the success and reputation of our company.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate activities of local branch operations, staff, and subordinates
  • Process and dispatch orders to delivery drivers
  • Hire, train, and supervise drivers
  • Maintain efficiency in the warehouse
  • Accurately track inventory and correspond with the supply chain department to maintain all products in stock
  • Process and upload shipments
  • Work directly with the General Manager to improve Operations locally and company wide

Qualifications

  • High school Diploma
  • College Diploma preferred
  • Prior customer service experience
  • Logistic experience preferred
  • Enthusiasm and a great work ethic
  • Flexible work hours
  • Inter-personal skills
