This associate will focus on the development and implementation of all print & digital marketing for Abercrombie & Fitch. This Traffic Specialist functions as the internal control point of all projects as they flow through the department. The successful candidate must possess strong communication, prioritization and organizational skills, and the ability to adapt to changing priorities and react quickly. Experience in marketing traffic driving is a must.
What will you be doing?
Reports to the Manager of Marketing Traffic
Assist Manager to create and manage production calendars for all Marketing efforts, including Seasonal Campaign, Photoshoots, Weekly reviews Chase, Ad-Hoc, Production, Packaging Production, On Product Marketing & Fragrance.
Maintain the department calendar, scheduling milestone meeting minimum of 8 weeks out, major milestones up to 6 months out
Responsible for building agendas, facilitating meetings, capturing recaps and next steps for all weekly workflow meetings
Partner with Strategy and Creative team leads in mapping project timelines prior to kick-off
Identify Creative or Strategy team timing conflicts, workload concerns, or information gaps whenever necessary
Ensure all teams are following proper processes. Includes brief creation, timeline mapping, JIRA ticket creation and project hand off
Responsible for the Ad-Hoc project request process inclusive of hand off to Strategy, timeline mapping and tracking deadlines between Strategy and Creative.
Partner with Manager to identify, develop, implement, and revise processes as needed to ensure seamless integration across all Marketing functions
What do you need to bring?
Bachelor's Degree- Communication, Marketing, PR. Visual Communications/Design background a plus
3-6 years experience in marketing production
Capable of leading and driving large meetings
Always forward asking questions and creating creative solutions to problems
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage multiple large projects in various stages of completion
Ability to adapt well to changing priorities and react quickly
Must have flexibility and commitment to see all projects through to completion
Ability to prioritize, manage and meet deadlines
Strong understanding of Excel and PowerPoint
Strong attention to detail
