Vermont Village is a quickly growing company in the organic and natural food industry. We produce organic applesauce, organic apple cider vinegar, and a myriad of vinegar-based drinks in our Northfield and Barre facilities. In our three facilities located in South Barre, East Barre, and Northfield Vermont we employee 45+ full time employees. Vermont Village has doubled in size, with sales growing 30-50% annually and new product launches including our expansion into the drinking vinegar market.
Role and Responsibilities
We are looking for motivated and reliable production workers to join our expanding team in our Northfield facility for our second shift. The second shift team works Monday through Thursday, 3:30pm - 2:00am. This job consists of the set up and operation of equipment used in manufacturing food products. The production position job duties may include but are not limited to mixing, blending, batching, cooking, and the operation of food production equipment. Applications must be able to follow recipes and instructions, as well as maintain a sterile and clean processing area.
