We are seeking a General Manager for an Upscale Casual Restaurant. This Restaurant is looking for an outgoing, guest-centric General Manager who takes pride in outstanding food and service to match. As the face of the restaurant, the GM will have a large FOH presence ensuring the best dining experience in the area.
Restaurant General Manager Responsibilities:
Drives profitability and operational compliance - great with budgets and systems
Builds Team Talent - ensures only the right people are hired and developed according to the standards set
Drives sales through outstanding guest experiences - repeat business is essential
Great Communications - the ability to get the team focused and excited about the same goal
Restaurant General Manager Qualifications:
Must have 3 or more years of General Manager experience in an upscale atmosphere
Experience managing a diverse menu, both food and beverage
Experience with high volume of at least 3 million annually
