Head of Office Operations

SAIC is looking for a motivated Head of Office Operations for a diverse suite of SAIC, Government, and other companies executing exciting new missions for the U.S. Government. Your role is to create and maintain an effective office environment. Will consider a part-time (30-39 hours per week) employee.

To succeed in this role, you should have a flair for helping people, providing office management and organizing work. You will collaborate with employees and managers from different teams, so excellent interpersonal and communication skills are a must. Ultimately, you will assist employees and managers with their office support needs to ensure our programs and facility run smoothly.

Organize the office seating layout in coordination with other office managers, program managers, and customer logistics representatives
Organize office operations and procedures
Coordinate with Security, Information Technology (IT), and Government Furnished Property (GFP) manager on all office equipment and related procedures
Assist in the onboarding process for new hires and off boarding process
Update internal databases (e.g., new hire information)
Address employees queries regarding office management issues
Maintain the office condition and arrange necessary repairs
Liaise with facility management, including cleaning and facility maintenance; perform chaperon duties when needed
Check office supply stock and place orders when needed
Maintain conference room calendars and equipment

Must have an active TS/SCI with CI Poly
Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
Attention to detail and problem solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational and planning skills in a fast-paced environment
A creative mind with an ability to suggest improvements
Professionalism while collaborating with varying managerial levels
Proficiency in MS Office
Hands on experience with office machines (e.g. fax machines and printers)
High School Diploma with 2 years of related experience or AA Degree in a related disciple with 1 year of related experience
