We are currently accepting applications and referrals for a Part Time Medical Director at the Lincoln Recovery Center for Chemical Dependency treatment program. Lincoln Recovery Center was a pioneer in providing complimentary treatments, such as Acupuncture and Reiki, in addiction treatment. We are looking for an ambitious Medical Director who will support our tradition of innovative and person centered care and treatment for our diverse and bilingual (Spanish/English) population of people with substance use disorders. This Medical Director will provide supervision of care rendered to clients, provide direct patient care including assessment, medication assisted treatment, and psychiatric treatment. The Medical Director will serve as teacher to the psychiatry residency program in area of addiction treatment, participate in expansion of substance use disorder services hospital-wide, and attend and present at Grand Rounds and Departmental meetings.
Supervise care rendered to clients
Provide direct care including assessment, management, and medication assisted treatment
Provide psychiatric treatment
Serve as teacher in the psychiatry residency program in area of substance use disorder treatment
Participate in the expansion of substance use disorder/chemical dependency services hospital-wide
Attend and present at Grand Rounds and Departmental meetings.
