Interact with customer / payor to ensure accurate claims and work through specific discrepancies
Provide input to policies, systems, methods, and procedures for effective management

High School Diploma / GED (or higher)
Available to work 37.5 hours a week Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM with the flexibility to adjust daily schedule, and work over - time and / or weekends, as needed
Proficient with Microsoft Word (creating and editing documents), Microsoft Excel (general spreadsheet navigation and data entry) and Microsoft Outlook (email and calendar) and the ability to learn new software programs
Associate's Degree (or higher) in Business or Accounting
Experience in a medical setting
Healthcare financial experience
Customer service, billing and / or experience analyzing and solving customer problems
Highly motivated individuals, who are team players that will bring positive attributes to the unit
Exhibit time management skills and attention to detail
Be passionate about helping others
Enthusiastic and energetic
Driven for success - obtaining and surpassing metric expectations
Ability to listen to the needs of a customer, analyze, and respond appropriately
