  • This is a part time role*
We’re looking for a driven, highly-personable individual with a customer-first mentality to be the primary point of contact for potential Bungalow members on nights and weekends. You will provide a world-class experience in your market by taking potential members on tours of available homes and confidently answering questions about the Bungalow community. A Field Sales Associate will also see our current members frequently and will be responsible for relaying any findings about our processes, members, and homes.

Who you are:
A true people-person through and through - You enjoy building relationships and giving them the best experience possible!
A top-notch communicator - both written and verbal
Reliable - You always arrives 10 minutes early to prep for the day
High EQ - Can pick up on emotions in a room and able to read people easily
Comfortable with ambiguity and flexible work environments, and must be excited to hustle to solve problems.
You have previous customer service, sale and/or entertainment experience
Ability to work nights and weekends.

What you will do at Bungalow:
Be the Face of Bungalow: You will be responsible for creating a positive first impression of the Bungalow community. Greeting and engaging with potential members and helping them to commit to the next steps by joining Bungalow!
Creatively Problem Solve: You’ll own the member experience from initial outreach, generating excitement around Bungalow, triaging issues where appropriate, and flagging management for escalations.
Improve the Sales Process: As an early member of the Bungalow team, you will provide key feedback to help build and improve our sales processes to drive toward a world-class member experience.
Build our Community: From building relationships with residents over phone or via email, to coordinating solutions for issues that come up, you will be an integral face of the company to the Bungalow community.
