Driver Requirements
- Valid CDL A License
- 1 year of verifiable OTR experience within the last 3 years OR 2 years of verifiable OTR experience within the last 5 years
- 6+ months verifiable flatbed experience
- No DUI in past 5 years (only 1 in your lifetime, and none in a CMV)
- No more than 3 non-serious moving violations in the past 36 mo
OTR Flatbed Company Driver
- Average $80,000 / year
- Top drivers earn up to $130,000 / year
- Guaranteed $1,050 / week (must be available for dispatch)
- $1,500 orientation pay
- Safety & clean inspection bonuses
- Home time: typically 3-4 weeks out, 3-4 days home
