This program offers you a chance to revamp your skills, update your resume with new experience, and make connections with others transitioning back to the workforce. The Path Forward Return to Work program at Nutanix is a 16-week paid returnship for experienced professionals returning to the workforce after taking time off for caregiving. The program is open to individuals who have at least 5 years of professional experience and have been out of the paid workforce for at least two years to focus on caring for a child or other dependent. This is a Representative role on the Total Rewards team which will focus primarily on the design and development of People Engagement programs. This role is best suited for someone who has a deep understanding of employee rewards & recognition programs and is looking to work in a dynamic fast-growing environment where their knowledge and creativity will be used to deliver engagement programs to delight our employees.
Support People Engagement programs, from design to implementation
Collaborate & partner with cross-functional stakeholders
Assist with crafting program collateral and communications
Other duties and projects, as assigned
Minimum of 5 years of progressive HR experience
Strong project management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication
HR experience in high tech, finance/banking, or medical industries strongly preferred
