Responsibilities
Partner with senior leaders on high-profile hires, advising on search strategy and ideal candidate profile, to effectively source candidates both internally and externally.
Build strong relationships with active and passive candidates, understanding their needs, keeping them informed, maintaining engagement and helping them find a fit at Google.
Keep partners apprised of and involved in work by communicating information and status to project leads and team members, coordinating work cross-functionally and influencing peers, project leaders and/or managers.
Solve problems and produce solutions by collecting and analyzing data, identifying alternatives when circumstances change and seeking out additional responsibilities.
Qualifications

Minimum qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
2 years of experience in recruiting, either in an agency or corporate environment executing end-to-end recruiting, including implementation of sourcing strategies.

Preferred qualifications:
Experience closing candidates and negotiating complex compensation packages.
Proven ability to take initiative, use consultative skills and build strong, productive relationships.
Exposure to HR processes, such as interviewing and candidate evaluation.
A track record of demonstrating a strong work ethic, integrity and personal accountability.
Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to prioritize and manage competing demands.
Effective written and verbal communication skills with an emphasis on tact and diplomacy.
