You will plan functional physical rehabilitative programs around your schedule, provide treatment to physically higher-level clients in or near your hometown without the redundant OASIS documentation. Functional Outcome-Driven Treatments and Flexibility you may provide interesting and effective physical therapy treatments at the grocery store, in the mall, or even on the boardwalk. Our physical therapists will be given autonomy highlighted by the empowerment to make their own clinical decisions and treatment schedules. High ethical standards trump high corporate productivity standards. Our physical therapists use outcome-based assessment tools for their functional, one-on-one, treatments, and given streamlined computer documentation systems for optimal time management. Our rehab team is allotted time to partake in an interdisciplinary caseload report important for the maximization of our interdisciplinary care approach.
We will provide ongoing mentorship and education by one of the best geriatric therapist specialists in the Jersey Shore area. We will help our newer Physical Therapist to the gap to home care from their past careers in skilled nursing or traditional outpatient settings. We are experts in the home care arena and will teach you the tricks of the trade!
Requirements
- Must have valid NJ Physical Therapy license
- Applicants must possess basic computer literacy skills
- Entry-level Physical Therapists who are passionate and committed to a career with older adults are welcomed and encouraged to apply
- Current CPR certification (preferred)
- Exceptional patient service delivery, outstanding interpersonal skills, and consistent ability to demonstrate clinical excellence, as well as the desire to develop professionally
