The Marketing Coordinator will liaise and provide support and guidance to Local Market Boards, Ad Reps, Franchisees, FAF Market Directors, Business Development Managers, Local Advertising Agencies and headquarter employees to deliver effective advertising and marketing plans for the brand. This position includes marketing as well as administrative tasks. To be effective, the Marketing Coordinator must build and maintain strong working relationships with all stakeholders.

Position responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Understand and be able to navigate the FAF Policy & Procedures Manual to effectively provide guidance to all stakeholders.
Understand and be able to navigate the Partners website, as well as being familiar with all tools and reports contained within the site.
Understand and be able to efficiently navigate the Operations Manual.
Maintain accurate databases of all FAF related contacts including Ad Rep & Local Board Members, Local Advertising Agencies and Vendors.
Process contracts through DocuSign for Advertising services which may require interfacing with multiple contacts including the Legal and Administrative Teams, Local Boards, Marketing Staff as well as Vendors & Agencies
Maintain training/orientation materials for new Franchisees, Board Members and Agency Partners. Hold and/or facilitate training sessions as needed for these groups.
Maintain database of Local Market Meetings for the year.
Collect, file and review Market meeting minutes, and review Market newsletters.
Monitor Media Make Goods to ensure Agencies are effectively recouping them for their respective Markets.

The successful candidate will have:
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or Business preferred.
1-3 years of experience in a similar role.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
High attention to detail.
Ability to think creatively.
Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment.
Be able to provide exemplary customer service.
