What We’re Seeking
DocuLynx is seeking a Major Accounts Executive to join our growing team. Our integrated approach to document imaging and management can help customers streamline business processes, maximize their technology investments, increase staff productivity, reduce redundancy, improve cycle times and meet complex compliance obligations with a growing suite of Document Services and Technology Solutions (DSTS). As a Major Accounts Executive (MAE) you will work with customers, prospects and other internal sales executives to investigate needs and provide outsourced solutions utilizing digital imaging and workflow storage technology, along with our service process offerings.
What you’ll be doing
Driving new business revenue by selling Doculynx service offerings to assigned National Accounts. The Major Accounts Executive is responsible for industry, systems and trend knowledge. The MAE will be skilled in identifying and understanding customer business needs via a methodical sales discovery process. In addition, MAE must be able to demonstrate success in selling a total services solution to senior level executives.
Leading all aspects of new business development activities within assigned account base including strategy development and tactical execution
Assessing and identifying customers’ current and potential DSTS needs.
Successfully positioning Doculynx’s total solution offerings, highlighting areas of strength and competitive advantages
Participating in account and territory planning and account development, inviting other Doculynx sales teams as appropriate
Developing and implementing strategies and business plans for managing the largest targeted complex accounts
Developing and coordinating internal Doculynx relationships to help achieve revenue targets.
Assisting internal partners with knowledge, prospecting and revenue growth
Arranging appointments to ensure quota attainment to ensure assigned quotas are met and exceeded.
Leading meetings where application subject matter expertise is required.
Identifying areas of opportunity, securing resources and driving sales process.
Scoping, pricing, creating proposals and statements of work and presenting on application opportunities
Maintaining in-depth knowledge of Doculynx’s complete application offering, Cloud-Based SaaS technologies, competitors, industry trends and accounting best practices
Other duties to include, but not limited to: developing and presenting high level presentations, serving as a “voice of the customer” on the product management and development teams

What you have
Strong background and knowledge of strategic sales process and solution selling
Ability to translate customer needs into solution requirements
Excellent written, oral and presentation skills
Strong CRM skills (Salesforce)
Strong interpersonal, planning, and analytical skills
Ability to influence and negotiate
Ability to make decisions and think in broad terms, considering the impact to the entire company
Ability to team effectively at all levels of Doculynx and customer personnel (to include C-level) on a wide range of topics and issues
Strong business acumen
Experience in large sales acquisition & management
Understanding of strategic selling methodologies
Knowledge of enterprise document services including a comfort level with document management and capture software technologies
Ability to travel 50% +
Education / Experience
BS/BA degree or equivalent
5-10 years of direct sales experience selling application solutions, document management and imaging services, workflow solutions or BPO.
An acceptable combination of education and experience will be acceptable
