The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in select service hotel operations, Marriott brand experience a plus or equivalent independent and experience in a hotel general manager role or Assistant GM role.
Being a Concord GM
As General Manager you will be instrumental in hiring and developing an award winning management team supporting our company mission statement and embracing our cornerstones. You will be the liaison with Marriott Brand Representatives, our owners and with Concord is orchestrating brand training, meeting operational deadlines on project timeliness, providing attention to detail in standards and creating and adhering to budget guidelines, and networking with city officials as the face of this exciting brand.
General Manager Job Summary: Administers, directs and controls all the operations of the hotel. Accountable for achieving budgeted revenues and profit margins while in accordance with established objectives, policies, and procedures. Our GMs are active leaders and are highly involved in guest interaction, associate engagement in training and motivation, as well as serve as role models for our company in the community through involvement in city organizations and networking.
