CorTalent is looking for a full desk recruiter to support our client work through research, recruitment, and client management. This person will help develop, implement and follow the policies, procedures and best practices of CorTalent's recruiting process.

Follow our recruitment process; which allows CorTalent to find, select, retain top talent for our clients
Conduct research to identify talent sourcing channels
Creatively source candidates through cold calling, associations, LinkedIn, rosters, colleges, universities, networking etc.
Build networks to find qualified passive candidates
Assist in arrangement of interviews, reference checks, and background checks
Create and maintain accurate candidate tracking documents
Identify, thoroughly interview, and test candidates to fill open client positions
Network within community/social groups and use personal connections to generate applicant leads
Document interview notes; create Executive Summaries for all candidates
Manage dedicated clients, clearly communicate updates, challenges, successes on a weekly/daily basis
Possess strong communication skills; working with honesty and integrity at all times
Maintain detailed records of client and candidate information and communications
Successfully track all candidates interviewing for open positions and track all resources used for positions being worked on with clients
Perform administrative tasks as designated by Manager or Lead
Organization - Ability to create efficient systems and put processes in place; demonstrate successful time-management
Communication - Demonstrated proficiency in verbal, written and listening skills; ability to write reports and business correspondence, and to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, applicants, etc.

Computer - Proficient in the use of internet, Microsoft Excel and Word
Education and Experience:
8-10+ years' experience in full cycle recruiting
Hands on with various selection processes (phone interviewing, in-person interviewing, reference checks)
Familiarity with HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Candidate Management Systems (CMS)
Strong decision-making skills
Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university preferred
