Corbett Technology Solutions, Inc. (CTSI) has an immediate opening for an Audio Visual Lead ServiceTechnician. Lead Technicians are responsible for the installation, configuration, programming, diagnostics and servicing of various low voltage systems.

Position Responsibilities/Duties:
Communicate scope of work, project timeline, project design, and budget for large projects to management and client.
Accountable for the successful completion of project to include:
Timely results
Quality of work
Customer satisfaction (project closeout)
Assemble and install large low voltage systems. Coordinate with various company departments, management and clients to ensure smooth work flow.
Troubleshoot complex systems, identify and resolve problems.
Coordinate with Project Manager to direct team of technicians to meet project requirements.
Ensure materials are available at job site.
Ensure job site is cleaned daily.
Highly experienced in Commercial Installation of AV Equipment and systems, troubleshooting of these systems is required.
Have strong skills with various AV connectors (Cat5E, Cat6 shielded, RCA, BNC, and soldering types)
Be self-motivated in order to meet deadlines.
Have problem solving and troubleshooting skills.
Have strong rack building expertise.

Position Specifications:
Skills:
Advance knowledge of hand tools, test/set up equipment and company machinery. Demonstrate ability to train others in use.
Advanced knowledge of electrical circuitry, network principles, NEC and fire codes.
Read/understand technical drawings, programming and installation guides.
Advanced knowledge of various low voltage systems.

Abilities:
Arrive for work as directed.
Communicate effectively both verbally and in writing with clients, management and peers. Ability to make presentations to management, clients, others as directed.
Advanced computer skills and software knowledge to include MS Office (Excel, work, Powerpoint, Outlook), company software and job required software/programs.
Develop goals, prioritize and organize tasks to accomplish the project.
Anticipate and resolve problem/changes; seek assistance as required.
Function as team leader in specific area of expertise.
Guide and direct team of technicians, Set performance standards and daily taskings.
Maintain professionalism in high stress situations.
Be willing and able to pass a background check

Other Requirements:
Must be able to travel overnight or longer.
Must possess a valid driver license and acceptable driving record.
Must be available for rotational On-Call Audio Visual, Rauland Nurse Call and/or Security work as required.
Must have an OSHA 10 certification or ability to obtain within 90 days of hire.

Education:
Minimum: High School Diploma or GED

Work Experience:
Minimum: 4+ years experience in a similar position.

Physical Requirements:
Must be able to lift up to 75 pounds.
Must be able to climb a ladder and work from heights.
Must be able to work in the elements.
