Dental Assistant Requirements: Minimum of 1+ year of Dental Assistant Experience
Dental Receptionist/Insurance Coordinator Requirements: Minimum of 1+ year of administrative experience in a dental office, minimum of 1+ years of dental insurance experience

What is a Hiring Event?
Think of it as a job fair, but for one company and more personal. Hiring events are a great way for employers to fill multiple roles quickly. Hiring is a human process, and they would like to meet you to see if you’re a fit!
Administrative staff plays a vital role in helping patients build a dental home with us. We are looking for someone with an amazing personality, and one who takes pride in caring for their patients and helping them with building their trust and relationships with us. The right candidate must be a team player, have great organizational skills, can multitask and have open communication with others.
Only candidates with relative Dental experience will be considered for this position.
Answer incoming calls using proper telephone etiquette.
Check patients in and out.
Schedule/confirm patient appointments.
Perform all necessary paperwork (i.e. patient charts, referrals, appointment cards, welcome packets and treatment plan forms).
Collect all co-payments and past due balances on date of service.
Present financial policies and arrangements accurately to patients.
Facilitate effective patient flow using the proper callback system.
Identify, reference and apply insurance coverage and billing.
Perform basic computer functions.
Act in a professional manner.
Other duties as assigned.
